I have been visiting Cape Town, South Africa, for three years in a row. I enjoy training and racing here. I enjoy people I meet. I enjoy how the entire nation is obsessed with endurance. And triathlon has been getting bigger and bigger each year. There are more races, more triathletes, more products, more services, more stories to tell.

But there are not many internet resources…

So I decided to start a blog where I could share information about triathlon in South Africa and also gather information from other people. A small place where an average South African triathlete or a visitor from abroad can get proper information or get inspired.
