In the middle of 2007 I measured 45.5, than I measured 45.9 and after few weeks of lighter training I managed to measure 48% heamatocrit in my blood.

I have shaved a stylized version of the Ironman logo in my hair. I was planning a tattoo that would contain this stylized version of the Ironman logo but I was not into it fully and decided to postpone it.
