Ironman South Africa 2008 - I will not be there unfortunately

I am sorry I will not be there to share the experience with all of you at Ironman South Africa 2008. Unfortunately due to continuous illness for past moth I had to finally decide not to race in Port Elizabeth.

Powertap or Mavic Cosmics for Challenge Roth?

My first high priority race of this season is closer and closer. It is Quelle Challenge Roth on 24th June, close to Munich, Germany. It is one of the fastest ultra distance triathlon courses and I feel super ready.
