Bad race planning

This topic has been a source of irritation for some time but I still fail to see how the race organisers and calendar planners somehow conspired to ruin what could have been two great events for the South African triathletes.

Bay to bay 2007

This morning I finished Bay to bay 30k running race. It was my first long run this season (I am training for European racing season). I had a harder cycle the day before and was supposed to run the race easy or easy-medium but at some point I could not resist to race a bit.
