It is good to train alone sometimes
This morning I decided to join Nicola’s cycling group on a short ride from Seapoint to Llundando and back. I was told this would be an easy ride but it turned out different.

Just a little information about myself: My name is Maik Diercks, I’m 30 years old and I was an elite national swimmer. I studied sports marketing and PR in Germany (Berlin University) incl. coaching in general, fitness, swimming, nutrition and little parts of sports medicine.
