At times they have helped do things at cost or gone that extra mile.

Focus: I am very comfortable with endurance and think it is my strength and know that this is the direction that I will move ack into - at the moment I am making hay while the sun shines and getting some speed in my legs I found myself doing endurance very early in my triathlon “career” and had some short distance goal that I wanted to achieve too so am currently working on that now - I have been happy with my accomplishments and will do some of the longer races again after Traithlon Worlds.

Why do you do triathlon: Variety is the spice of life and what better way to celebrate it than with three sports. It allows me to challenge myself both mentally and physically. It is tough to be competitive in one sport but three is a whole new challenge. It keeps me fit and focussed it is a tremendous escape from stress and a healty and social way to meet like minded people. It also takes me outdoors into nature and it allows me to travel and see places that I would not see. It allows me to celebrate life, rhythm, my body and it is my deepest spiritual connection.

Main goals: To do my best and to grow from each experience - whether it be from sucess or failure both physically and emotionally - to move forward and improve constantly. In 2008 Triathlon Worlds, Duathlon Champs, Double Century and Jailbreak. I then would like to increase my training and distance in preparation for the Ironman distance and Oddyessy 2009.
