I certainly was not enjoying it very much. By easy I mean I know I did not give 100%, I was far from it, but it still hurt. It is definitely not easy to run at 178 avg hr (see <a href="http://www.tricape.com/two-oceans-half-marathon-2008-bad-race-turned-into-a-long-run/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">here</a>).
